Ordering Online
Most orders placed on our website before 2:00 PM (MST) Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day. Any orders placed after 2:00 PM will be shipped the following business day. No International orders are accepted via our website (see International Orders)


Other Ordering Options
If you choose to mail your order please provide credit card information or send a check / money order payable to “Quest Aerospace” with your order. If you choose to fax please send your order form and credit card information. No COD orders accepted.


Purchase Orders Accepted
Schools or groups wishing to use a purchase order may fax their order to 970-264-9330 or send it by mail (address in Contact us). For the most efficient response we suggest faxing.


APO / International Orders
Due to the regulations of shipping certain products internationally we do not accept any orders outside the US via our online services. If you wish to place an order for model rocket kits and general supplies please send an email to service@questaerospace.com and we will assist you in placing your order. Orders for engines and igniters cannot be processed APO or Internationally.


Payment Methods
We accept PayPal, Google Checkout, or credit card payments at this time. Credit cards, checks or money orders can be accepted for orders that are faxed or mailed. The credit cards we accept are Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express

Shipping Information

'USPS-Postal' is the shipping option chosen by most customers. When using this option we split your shipment between two carriers. Model rocket kits and general supplies are sent UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail (for speed and tracking), while your engines & igniters are sent USPS Parcel Post (slower delivery time but avoids the 'Hazmat Fee' charged by UPS or FedEx).

'UPS Ground – NO Engines' is for quick shipping of ONLY model rocket kits and general supplies by UPS or FedEx (for speed and tracking).

'UPS Ground – YES Engines' is for quick shipping of model rocket kits, general supplies, engines and igniters by UPS or FedEx (for speed and tracking). The carrier charges a fee of $22.50 in addition to the standard shipping cost.

Order Confirmations / Tracking
A confirmation email is sent to you at the time you process your order online. When your order is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking information and an invoice will be created. The invoice will then be emailed to you. It is very important for you to use an accurate email address. If you do not receive the emails check your SPAM/Junk mail folder. At this time we do not offer online tracking of your order. Returns / Damages / Missing Items
If for any reason your order is damaged in shipping or you discover there are missing parts please call toll free 1-800-858-7302 or email service@questaerospace.com. We ask that you not return any product without contacting us first.

What is a default shipping address?
You may have specified more than one shipping address in your account information. The default shipping address is the address to which your order will be shipped unless you select another shipping address for this order.

What is a default credit card?
You may have specified more than one credit card in your account information. The default credit card is the card that will be charged with the value of your order unless you select another credit card to be charged for this order.

Can I have more than one billing address?
No. You cannot have more than one billing address. But you can change your billing address by editing it.

Can I have more than one shipping address?
Yes. You can specify as many shipping addresses as you want.

How can I add a shipping address to my address list?
To add a shipping address, click on Account Info. The details of your account are displayed. Click on the Add New Shipping Address button to add a new shipping address.

Can I delete an address from my address list?
No. You cannot delete any address but you could change it by editing it.

How do I make changes to an address in my list?
To edit an address, click on Account Info. The details of your account are displayed. Click on the Edit button below the address that has to be changed.

How do I cancel an order?
To cancel an order, you must contact our customer service as quickly as possible.

I already have an account with you. Do I need to register myself again on your web store?
No. If you already have an account with us, contact our Customer Service; they will give you your login name and password. You can login and then change your password.

Can I place an order without registering my account?
Before you place an order with us, you must register with us. We understand how valuable your time is and our registration has been designed to take up no more than a few minutes of your time. Once you have registered with us, you need not give your address and credit card details on future visits to our shop. This will save you the trouble of entering this information on every purchase you make from us.

Can I place an order without using my credit card?
Yes. Our website will accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal or Google Checkout. If you need to make other payment arrangements; please contact customer service.

What should I do if I forget my password?
If you are a registered user and have forgotten your password, go to the Login page and simply type in your Login Name or your default E-mail address under "I am a registered user but forgot my password" and click on submit. We will send your password to your default E-mail address.
